Residence rules:
• Silence from 22:00 to 09:00. The studio is not intended for parties and other events.
• It is forbidden to smoke cigarettes, cigars, hookah, electronic cigarettes in all areas, including the front and courtyard.
• It is forbidden to bring third parties into the apartment without the consent of the owner.
• It is forbidden to make noise in the front door and in the yard.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied check-in.
• Settlement of persons under 18 years of age is possible only in the presence of parents or guardians.
• Settlement is made on the basis of the presented passport.
• It is forbidden to come into conflict with neighbors and open the door to unknown persons.
• When leaving the studio it is necessary to close the taps and windows, turn off the lights and electrical appliances.
• Outdoor footwear must not be worn indoors.
• When leaving, you must leave clean dishes, household appliances and leave garbage, only in a trash can or bag.
• Take care of the room, furniture, household appliances.
• Stains on textiles and furniture, breakages and any other damage, damage to property and premises are paid from the security deposit paid by the guest.
Staff can wash dishes for guests for RUB 500.00 and take out the trash for RUB 200.00 - deducted from the security deposit.
Parking in the city center is paid, RUB 100.00 per hour, from 08:00 PM to 08:00 AM — free of charge. There is secure parking on Artilleriyskaya street 1 — RUB 600.00 per day.
