An extra bed - a folding bed - is available upon request and subject to availability for an additional fee: from 01.04 to 30.09 and from 29.12 to 08.01 the additional payment is 1300.00 RUB per day. It is possible to provide a child's bed as an extra bed. Children aged 0 to 7 years inclusive stay free of charge.

The hotel offers guaranteed early check-in, the cost is 100% of the previous day's payment. Non-guaranteed early check-in is available free of charge from 08:00, subject to availability. Late check-out before 17:00 is paid in the amount of 50% of the cost of one night's stay. Late check-out after 17:00 is paid in the amount of 100% of the cost of one night's stay.

Pets weighing up to 9 kg are allowed. When checking in with animals, a deposit of 5000.00 RUB is required, which is refundable provided that nothing is damaged in the room. The cost is 1000.00 RUB per animal per night.

Check-in at the hotel is until 00:00; after this time, check-in is possible only with prepayment in the amount of the first night.

When booking 3 or more rooms, a prepayment of one night is required.
