Državljani Rusije po dolasku moraju imati originalni ruski pasoš.

To arrange check-in and key collection, guests must inform the hotel of their arrival time at least 2 hours in advance. To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. For security reasons, in case of contactless check-in, the guest must send the administration a passport photo (the first page and the registration page) before check-in.

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, the apartment should be vacated no later than 12:00 PM. Please inform us about the specific departure time the day before departure.

If a guest books a room at a rate that includes breakfast, breakfast is organized as follows:

1. On the day of arrival, the guest is paid a cashback in the amount of 10% of the total cost of accommodation;

2. The guest independently orders breakfast for himself with delivery to the apartment or disposes of the amount received in any other way at his discretion.

It is strictly forbidden in the apartment:

1. Smoking (including on the loggia). For smoking, the residents of the house use the shared balconies available on each floor.

2. Noise at night (from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).

3. Holding parties and events, especially those associated with drinking alcohol.

4. Accommodation of persons not specified at the time of check-in.

5. Damage to furniture.

6. Walking in street shoes (especially heels).

7. Moving furniture across the floor and other actions potentially causing damage to property.
