Due to the closure of the men's baths for planned renovations, hotel guests are provided with joint access to the spa center for women and men in August (visit to the thermal area is included, services are available for an additional fee).

Please note that Russian citizens are required to present a national passport upon check-in. Children under 14 years of age are required to provide their birth certificates. Guests under the age of 18 are required to have a notarized authorization from one of the parents to stay at the hotel. Foreign guests are asked to provide a passport with a visa and a migration card. Separate access to the SPA and sauna for men and women is provided.

A security deposit is required upon arrival. Payment is made in cash. Guests will receive the deposited amount at the time of check-out. Once the condition of the property has been checked, the deposit will be fully refunded to guests in cash.

The price includes access to the pool without providing a sunbed. The sunbed is paid additionally at the rate valid on the day of the visit.
