A contract is concluded with each guest and a verification procedure is carried out. Guests will need a passport and WhatsApp.

On the eve of arrival, guests will receive a link to the registration form. Guests will need to fill it out and read the contract. Next, guests will need to upload 3 photos to the form:

2-3 passport pages;

the registration page;

a selfie with a passport.

Data is collected only through Bitrix24, and in accordance with clause 5 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", 1C-Bitrix collects and updates the "primary database of personal data" on servers located in the Russian Federation and has the appropriate license. The guests' data is not transferred anywhere. For peace of mind, guests can put a large label on the photo "for reservations only" or "not for credit transactions."

Next, guests will receive detailed instructions on how to check in with all the apartment access codes and a mark in the navigator.

Documents for business travellers are provided upon request.

After checking the condition of the accommodation for compliance with the rules of the faility and the safety of property, the deposit will be fully refunded to the card within a day after departure.

It is prohibited in the apartment:

smoking of any form of smoking products, liquids, etc.;

holding noisy parties.

Violation of these conditions will result in early eviction with the retention of the deposit in full.
