The hotel reserves the right to deduct the prepayment for booking from a bank card. Bookings without payment during high occupancy are not guaranteed and are only stored in the system until 06:00 PM.

The hotel does not have its own cuisine. Breakfasts for hotel guests are served in the neighboring hotels — in Novotel Moscow Kievskaya or in Ibis Moscow Kievskaya.

Guests of the hotel can have breakfast at the Gourmet Bar restaurant at Novotel Moscow Kievskaya or at the Ibis Kitchen restaurant at Ibis Moscow Kievskaya, depending on the chosen tariff plan.

Dinners are served at the Gourmet Bar by Novotel restaurant from 06:30 PM to 09:00 PM. The format of meals can be changed by the decision of the hotel administration.

Russian citizens: Adults (aged 14 and over) must present a valid internal passport at check-in (international Russian passports and driver's licenses are not accepted). Birth certificates must be presented for all Russian children (aged under 14) at check-in. If a Russian relative or legal guardian (rather than a parent) is traveling in Russia with a child under 14, that relative or legal guardian is also required to present documentation certifying authority to accompany child at check-in. Foreign citizens: Adults and children must present a valid passport, visa, and migration card at check-in.

**Fees**

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

The cost of meals should be specified on the spot.

Pets are available. The cost for the entire stay is a one-time payment of RUB 3000.00. Small animals are allowed: cats, small dogs. Guests will also need to leave a refundable deposit.

Rooms are cleaned after 7 days of accommodation once every 7 days.

Parking costs: 1 hour – RUB 300.00, 24 hours – RUB 2500.00.
