Državljani Rusije po dolasku moraju imati originalni ruski pasoš.

Russian citizens: upon arrival, adults 14 years and older must present a valid internal passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, a foreign passport and driver's licenses are not accepted. All children under the age of 14 must present their birth certificates.

If the child is traveling with a relative other than the parent or guardian, documents confirming their right to accompany the child must also be presented upon arrival.

Foreign nationals: Adults and children must present a valid passport, visa, and migration card upon arrival.

A child stays free of charge in a room with parents without a separate bed.

Extra beds may be requested.

There is no charge for a pull-out chair / pull-out sofa for a child under 6 years old.

The fee for a folding chair / sofa bed for an adult and a child over 6 years old is RUB 400.00 per person per day.

Meals are not included in the price of an extra bed (in rates with breakfast).
