For the New Year holidays from 12/31/2024 to 01/08/2025, the increased deposit is RUB 6000.00.

Citizens of Russia: Upon arrival, adults aged 14 and older must present a valid internal passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, a foreign passport and driver's licenses are not accepted. Birth certificates must be presented for all children under the age of 14.

If the child is traveling with a relative, with the exception of parents or a guardian, documents confirming his right to accompany the child must also be presented upon arrival. Foreign nationals: Adults and children must present a valid passport, visa and migration card upon arrival.

The following fees and deposits are charged by the hotel at the time of the relevant service, at check-in or check-out:

Guests can book extra beds:

fee for a folding chair or a folding sofa for a child under 10 years old: RUB 600.00 per night;

fee for a folding chair or a folding sofa for a child under 18 years old: RUB 800.00 per night;

fee for a folding chair or a folding sofa for an adult: RUB 1000.00 per night.

Fee for a folding playpen for a child under 4 years old: RUB 1000.00 per night. Meals are not included in the price of an extra bed (in the rates with breakfast) and are paid additionally.

Breakfast is served in the room in three options to choose from:

1. Option: croissant (optional) + coffee/juice/tea (optional) + seasonal fruits/berries + a glass of water.

2. Option: granola with milk + pancakes (to choose from), or cheesecakes with sour cream, coffee/juice/tea (to choose from) + a glass of water.

3. Option: scrambled eggs with or without bacon, 2 toasts, coffee / juice / tea + a glass of water.

Guests can also eat at the cafe next to the hotel (50 m away), which is open around the clock. Cuisine: European, Caucasian, American.

Parking: near the hotel for 5 cars (3 with curb access and 2 without curb access), also opposite the hotel there is a paid city parking from RUB 40.00 per hour, weekends and holidays - free.
