The apartment offers contactless check-in via a coded minibox with keys. Guests must contact the property in advance to arrange check-in, provide an estimated time of arrival and receive check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Before check-in, guests are required to send their passport or passport details for an electronic contract.

The deposit is refundable on the day of departure, after the flat has been cleaned, subject to house rules. The deposit must be paid no later than 10-15 minutes after entering the flat.

The apartment must be treated with care. When guests leave, it is necessary to close windows, taps, doors, switch off electrical appliances, take out the rubbish in a timely manner, without accumulating unpleasant odours. The rubbish bins are located on the path to gate 2, near the children's playground.

The flat is a smoke-free zone. Smoking cigarettes, use of open fires and use of any smoking mixtures in the flat, hookahs and candles is strictly prohibited. The fine is RUB 2000.00.

The presence in the flat of third parties not specified in the booking is allowed only by agreement during the daytime.

Blankets are in the wardrobe in the sleeping area. Blankets must be used only in the duvet cover.

The building is in compliance with the law on silence in apartment buildings from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM.
