Guests are required to pay a deposit of 20% of the booking price. The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is canceled less than 5 days before the date of arrival.

In case of cancellation of a prepaid reservation, please contact the hotel for a refund. Refund is possible only on the original refund application. The hotel sends an application for a refund, which must be filled out, signed and sent along with a photocopy of the passport by Pochta Rossii to the address 353456, Russia, Krasnodar Territory, resort city of Anapa, Pionersky Prospekt, 81, Grand-Kruiz Hotel.

The hotel accepts children of all ages.

When using existing beds, 1 child under 4 years old can stay in the room free of charge.

The second child under 4 years old will be charged 50% of the standard rate per night when using existing bedding.

In the main place, regardless of age, the guest is accommodated without discounts.

Provision of an extra bed:

- child under 5 years old: free of charge.

- second child under 5 years old: 50% discount from the cost of the main place for accommodation, free meals

- child aged 5 to 12 years: 40% discount on the price of the main place for accommodation.

- adult or child from 12 years old: 30% discount from the cost of the main place for accommodation.

According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them).
