This will help organize your check in and check out; - Our check in time ends at 09pm, after this we can check in with extra cost of 20€ for arrival between 09pm and 11pm, and 30€ between 11pm and 01am; - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire apartment; - Pets are not allowed; - We kindly ask you to respect neighbors by reducing noise levels. Special care between 22h00 and 08h00; - Trash can be put in the street from Monday till Saturday always after 21h00; - Upon departing, don’t forget to leave the keys on the table and please turn off all electric devices; - Last but not less important, would like to remind that this is a first floor apartment with no elevator in the building.
