The Marketplace by Storytellers

Guests need to inform The Marketplace by Storytellers in advance of their expected arrival time.

Guests must contact the hotel directly at least 48 hours before the arrival date so that the hotel can send the check-in information via WhatsApp before the arrival date in Madeira.

City tax is charged to all guests for a maximum of 7 nights.

All guests will have to pay the Municipal Tourism Tax - 2.00 EUR per person, with a maximum of 7 nights. Children up to 13 years old are free, as well as people with a disability equal to or greater than 60%. However children under 13 years old and people with disabilities will have to send us a copy of their personal identification and/or official document of disability. Please note that this fee must be paid before the arrival day so that we can send to clients the access codes to the apartment after receiving proof of payment. Guests will not have access to the apartment without paying first this fee.
