This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the 30% of the total amount charged on the day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. The property will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount must be paid in cash upon arrival. Please note that the cleaning service is included and is done weekly. Please note that a security deposit of 25% of the total value of the reservation will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the house.
