Please note that this hotel is not suitable for guests who have difficulty using stairs or guests with reduced mobility. Reservations needs to be confirmed by the hotel, please contact the hotel directly after the booking using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guests can phone the hotel Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 until 18:00. Please note that check-in is possible from Wednesday until Sunday from 15:00 until 18:00. On Monday and Tuesday email contact is necessary. Late arrivals are possible by prior arrangement. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guests are kindly requested to note that high tea, tapas and packed lunches are available upon request and only with a reservation. The luxury breakfast options are available for a supplement. Please note that the beds are located on a higher level, which can be reached by small stairs. Therefore the accommodation is not suitable for people who do not appreciate this way of sleeping or who are not capable of taking the stairs. On special request there is a possibility to sleep on the ground floor if desired. Please note that late check-out until 13:00 is available for an extra fee. Payment is possible by cash or pin only. Please note that during the weekends guests may experience noise from the entertainment venues in Amersfoort's centre. Breakfast is served from 10:00 hours onwards on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. On the other days, breakfast is served from 09:00 hours onwards. It is possible for guests to have breakfast earlier. Breakfast will then be offered as a breakfast package. |
