Distance between Male and Canareef Resort: 536 km. Transfer charges are applicable for the round trip, means both-way transfer.

If guests arrive in Maldives via Make, their transfer consists as follows:

Domestic Flight: Male to Gan. SpeedBoat transfer: Gan to the resort.

Transfer charges are as follows which inclusive all applicable taxes.

Period: from 1st November 2024 to 31st October 2025

USD 420.00 per adult: guests 12 years and above ages.

USD 340.00 per child from 2 to 11 years old.

No ticket needed for infants under 2 years.

If guests arrive in Maldives via Can, they transfer consists as follows:

SpeedBoat transfer: Gan to the resort.

Transfer charges are as follows which inclusive all applicable taxes.

Period: from 1st Nov 2024 to 31st October 2025

USD 80.00 per adult 12 years and above.

USD 40.00 per child from 2 to 11 years old.

No ticket needed for infants under 2 years.

Green Taxes Policy: green tax will be applied per person per night, and is applicable to infants and children as well. Travel Dates and Rates:

From 7th November 2024 to 31st December 2024: green tax is USD 6.00 per person, per night.

From 1st January 2025 onwards: green tax will increase to USD 12.00 per person, per night.

Payment for transfers must be made by the guest directly at the resort.

All transfers to and from Canareef Resort Maldives will be arranged solely by the resort.

Domestic flight transfers are handled by a third party, Island Aviation Service.

For domestic flight and speedboat transfers, the resort requires the guest to provide international flight details at the time of booking their stay and at least 2 weeks prior to travel.

Full names of all guests as shown on the passport along with flight details to/from the Maldives are required.

Any changes must be sent to the resort by the guest at least 10 days prior to arrival date. The resort will not guarantee same day transfer if transfer details are not received within this time or if transfer details are changed within 10 days prior to arrival.

The domestic transfer provider imposes a baggage weight limit of 20 kg for checked baggage and 5 kg for hand baggage.

The domestic transfer supplier will charge a cancellation fee of USD 90.00 per ticket for any changes made to domestic flights within 96 hours of travel. For passengers arriving at MLE Airport after 10:00 PM, same day transfer to the resort cannot be guaranteed and guests will be required to stay overnight in Hulhumale or Male.

Customers will be responsible for overnight accommodation and transfer to the resort will be arranged the following day subject to availability.

Passengers departing from Male Airport before 09:00 may be required to leave the resort the night before and rebook overnight accommodation in Hulhumale or Male, with overnight accommodation at the expense of the client.

Gala Dinner: December 24: Adults (12 years and above): USD 130.00 per adult, Child (6-11 years): USD 65.00 per child.

December 31: Adults (12 years and above): USD 150.00 per adult, Child (6-11 years): USD 65.00 per child. Guests may contact the resort for more information regarding the Gala Dinner price. Gala Dinner fees will be charged directly to the resort.

Any additional adults, starting from the third guest, and all children will be charged for the Gala Dinner.

There is a mandatory New Year's surcharge of 130.00 USD per person.
