Please note that a refundable security deposit is authorised upon arrival. This deposit is used for damages and extras taken in the hotel.

Please note that pets can stay at the property at surcharge of EUR 50.00 per night in Standard Double or Twin room and it must be approved by hotel. Pet owners need to pay a security deposit of EUR 100.00 upon arrival for incidentals. It is fully refundable upon departure after damage inspection.

Please note that sauna and steam bath are available from 17:00 until 22:00, at a surcharge. For guests staying in rooms without spa active zone access included, a spa session costs EUR 15.00 per person per day.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

From 1st of November 2019 all category rooms are equipped with slippers;

Each guest will be charged an authorisation fee - EUR 30.00, which will be returned after the guest's departure;

Pet policy - 25.00 EUR per dog/per night, fixed cost EUR 40.00 for 2-3 dogs (maximum) per night
