The front desk is open daily from 8 AM - 8 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 6 PM to receive dinner. The entrance to the property closes between 9:30 PM and 8 AM. Guests are not permitted to enter or leave the property during this time.

Know Before You Go

• Guests under 17 years old are not permitted at this adults-only property.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

• Fee for local cuisine breakfast: approximately JPY 2160 per person
