All guests must inform the property regarding arrival time and gender so that proper room amenities can be set up. Please notify the property arrival time and gender in advance via the Special Request box.
All special requests are subject to availability and are dependent on the room type you choose.
Guests accompanying children aged 3 to 7 are required to inform the property. An additional fee will be charged.
Please inform the property regarding the number of both adult and children. Guests over maximum occupancy are not allowed to stay at this property, even with prior notice.
Children dinner meal will be served for children aged 7 to 12. The property can serve adult meal for children upon request which is made no later than 3 days prior to check-in.
Guests who have special requests of meal arrangement must contact the property no later than 3 days prior to check-in. Any request made on check-in date will not be accepted.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 06:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.
Online booking is for private travelers only. The property does not accept any bookings made for commercial purposes.
Any online bookings made by travel agencies are not accepted. In case the property finds any bookings made for commercial purposes, bookings will be cancelled by the property without prior notification.
Cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the designated cancellation policy.
The property offers buffet style breakfast (Blending of Japanese and Western styles) at restaurant.
Upon guests’ request which is made no later than 3 days prior to check-in, in-room Japanese-style breakfast or western style breakfast can be served.
