The front desk is not open around the clock. In case of check-in after 08:00 PM, guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions and the release of the key box code for the collection of the key. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. In case of communication failure check-in is not guaranteed and a supplement of EUR 50.00 may be required.

At the property the differentiated collection is carried out and the waste is placed in special containers.

Utility fee is EUR 10.00 for adults and EUR 5.00 for children up to 12 years old, free for children up to 3 years old. Prices include energy consumption (electricity, water, gas) and the first supply of bed linen. Change of bed linen is every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights.

Final cleaning for 1 Bedroom Apartment is EUR 80.00, for 2 Bedroom Apartment — EUR 90.00.

CoPura corner and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of EUR 50.00.

In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer). City tax to be paid on site in cash.

Linen: extra bed linen EUR 20.00 per double set, EUR 10.00 per single set; bathroom linen rental EUR 10.00 per set (the set includes a shower towel, a face towel and a guest towel);

Reorder (excluding kitchenette): 1 Bedroom Apartment EUR 30.00; 2 Bedroom Apartment EUR 40.00; family kit (cot, bathtub, bottle warmer, stroller, high chair): EUR 8.00 per day; high chair: EUR 2.00 per day per piece; american coffee machine: EUR 2.00 per day per piece; cot on request: EUR 5.00 per day, free if brought by the guest.

Pets allowed (max 25 kg) excluding common areas, EUR 30.00 for additional cleaning, per pet.

Transfer: Cagliari airport/port EUR 115.00 per car 1/3 pax; EUR 155.00 per car for 4/8 pax. From 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM surcharge of 20%. Prices are per way.
