**Know Before You Go**

Check in is guaranteed, by appointment, from 1 pm to 7 pm free of charge.

All the late check in requests have to be previously approved by the property. The latest check in possible is 11pm.After 11pm nobody will come to take you and you will have the apartment the following morning (after 11am) without any refund.

There is no a reception in the property. So, hotel need to know in advance your arrival time and the way of transfer guests will use to be able to arrange a meeting time and point for keys. 

It is forbidden to smoke in the entire house, every transgression will make you loose the entire deposit.

All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport.

Cash transactions at this property cannot exceed EUR 2999.99, due to national regulations. For further details, please contact the property using information in the booking confirmation.

Children 4 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

**Fees**

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

Late check-in fee: EUR 50 for check-in between 7 PM and 11 PM

**Mandatory Fees and Taxes**

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

Deposit: EUR 200.0 per stay

A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 percent reduction applies from 1-31 January.
