Know Before You Go
There is no reception at the hotel. Guests are registered at the office from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:30. If the guest plans to check in later, it is necessary to call the office, but at the same time, 30 EUR will have to be paid for check-in after the specified time. If the check-in is scheduled after 00:00, the amount of the surcharge reaches 50 EUR.
All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport.
