The hotel guarantee the presence at communicated time and for at least one hour as guests are requested to pass along any delay or change fairly on time. Guests can also arrive earlier than 11:00 AM and deposit the bags and define with the hotel until the check in time.

Pick up service: The hotel offers the reservation of a pick up service at the airports at the taxi airport fare rate with direct payment to the driver. To confirm the pick up reservation guests need to forward the complete flight details and accept the terms and conditions. The driver will be waiting for guests just out of the customers holding a paper with guests` name on.

Conditions: 1. Pick up service can be cancelled up to 8 hrs before arrival with no charge. 2. Any change that might occur must be communicated to the hotel reasonably on time. 3. The hotel doesn't manage this service, they only book it for guests to guarantee a mooth arrival at the most convenient cost. 4. The hotel is requested to pay the drivers for any car booked therefore they will be forced to put it on guests` bill even if guest miss the car without communicating any eventual change. If guests arrive on the same flight that is communicated even with a strong delay the car will be for guests, as they expect it, but if guests arrive with a different flight no.
