Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals from 20:00 until 22:00. Check-in from 22:00 until 23:00 costs EUR 40. Check-in from 23:00 until 00:00 costs EUR 50. Check-in from 00:00 until 01:00 costs EUR 65. Afterwards, the surcharge will increase by EUR 15 for every additional hour. All requests for late arrival and late check-out are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen and Towels: EUR 30 per double bed/per stay.
