The hotel's reception is not open 24 hours a day. On weekdays the reception is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, on weekends from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If the guest will come after 06:00 PM, they must provide documents (copy or a photo of passport and time of arrival) to the hotel in advance.
