This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests must inform Your nest in Milan - City center apartment in advance of their expected arrival time. They can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. If the guests cause damage to the property during the stay, they could be asked to pay up to EUR 150,0 after check-out.

The guests must sign-up before check-in by completing the special form by 06:00 PM on the day before check-in by entering the details of all staying guests and their time and place of arrival.

Once the registration is completed, the guest will receive a link with the instructions to easily reach the office and the house.

How to collect the keys:

Flexibility option: the guests can pick up the keys at the Hostmate offices, near Milan Central Station,in Via Mauro Macchi 41, from 11:00 AM to 06:00 PM. The guests can then go to the flat to leave their luggage. They will be able to return home from 03:00 PM, when it is ready and clean.

Option Make an Appointment: from 03:00 PM the guests can receive the keys directly at home by making an appointment with the Hostmate Team at the time of registration. There is a fee for this service and it must be done no later than 06:00 PM on the day before arrival.

Cost of service:

03:00 PM to 06:00 PM at a cost of 15.0 EUR (VAT included).

Late check-in 06:00 PM to 09:00 PM at a cost of 20.0 EUR (VAT included),

Late check-in 09:00 PM to 12:00 AM at a cost of 40.0 EUR (VAT included).

Check-in after midnight is impossible.
