In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Luggage storage is available from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 19:00 at Borgo Albizi, 15. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours as follows: - from 19:00 until 21:00 EUR 20 - from 21:00 until 00:00 EUR 40 - from 00:00 until 09:00 EUR 60. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Late check-out can be arranged in advance based on availability and a surcharge might apply. Electricity, gas and water are not included for stays of 8 nights or more.
