Naknada za čišćenje nije uključena u cenu rezervacije i plaća se posebno u hotelu.

U hotelima u Italiji može biti naplaćena naknada za obaveznu gala večeru. Za više informacija gosti treba da kontaktiraju direktno hotel.

Please note that check-in, key return and payment all take place at Via della Meridiana, 2. Guests arriving outside normal reception hours should always let the property know their arrival time, in order to plan check-in. Key delivery is not possible after 23:00.

If you arrive between 18:00 and 22:00 you can collect the keys at the Sporting restaurant, in Via Venier 1. This is the latest possible hour for delivering the keys on Saturday.

Please note that a deposit of EUR 100 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.

Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival.

Guests must leave the apartment clean. Failing to do so will result in an extra charge.

The pool is seasonal and open from mid May until mid September.

The tennis courts are subject to extra costs.

The restaurant is open every day for lunch and dinner in June. From April to May and July to September, it is closed on Tuesdays and on Mondays is open for lunch only. At other times of the year the restaurant is closed.
