Please inform Pine Beach Residency in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that outside food is not allowed in the property. Guests are requested to note that the property does not have a private parking facility. On request, the property can arrange for a parking facility in the vicinity. Please note that at check-in, all guests above the age of 18 must present a valid proof of identification and of on-going travel. The identification proofs accepted at the Hotel are Driving License, Voter ID Card, Passport, Ration Card, Aadhar Card. Pan card is not accepted.
