The hotel does not accept children under 18 years of age staying alone.
In case guests are arriving before 03:00 PM, please call us or go to the reception first where we can check if early check-in is possible.
At our reception, you can drop your bags off until check-in time.
Opening hours: 09:00 AM - 07:00 PM.
Please be aware that our reception may be on a different address than your booked apartment!
If guests arrive after 03:00 PM you can go directly to your apartment. If you give us all the necessary administration details in advance you will get an email with all information for the express self check in.
Please note that without these necessary information you won’t be able to do self check-in and you will have to come to our reception first for the process.
- In case guests are arriving after 07:00 PM, please use emails or only regular phone calls to contact us, because during the night we do not check messages and texts.
- If guests would like to request an invoice for your stay, please provide us the necessary details 24 hours before your arrival, otherwise we will issue it to the original booker's name and we will not be able to change it.
