You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for an extra charge : Bed linen 15 EUR per bed, beds made on arrival 6 EUR per bed, towels kit 9 EUR per person and kitchen towels 4 EUR.
