You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• All citizens of Ecuador will be charged the national value-added tax (12%) upon checkout. Non-residents on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax exemption does not apply for stays over 90 days.
Deposit is payable by wire transfer and is due within 72 hours of booking the reservation.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.
