Svi građani Čilea, bez obzira na dužinu boravka, kao i svi strani državljani koji borave u zemlji najmanje 60 uzastopnih dana možda će morati da plate porez na promet (19%) prilikom odjave. Da bi bili oslobođeni od plaćanja poreza, strani državljani, pri ulasku, treba da plate boravak u stranoj valuti (ne u čileanskim pezosima) i da pokažu važeći pasoš kao i migracionu karticu koju su dobili pri ulasku u zemlju. Ako lice koje plaća porez i drugo lice koje je oslobođeno od plaćanja poreza dele istu sobu, naplata poreza se može primeniti na celu sobu.

Know Before You Go

• Guests must transfer to the property via boat and shuttle and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Guests under 18 years old are not permitted at this adults-only property.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for continental breakfast: USD 15 for adults and USD 15 for children (approximately)
• Housekeeping is available for an additional fee
• Onsite credit card charges are subject to a surcharge of 3 percent

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cleaning fee: USD 30 per room, per night
• The national sales tax (19%) is charged upon check-out to citizens of Chile regardless of length of stay and to foreigners staying in the country for 60 consecutive days or more. To qualify for a tax exemption, foreigners must pay for their stay in foreign currency (not in Chilean pesos) and present a valid passport along with the migration card they received upon arrival in the country at check-in. Furthermore, the tax may apply per room when the room is shared by a taxable and a nontaxable guest.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.
