This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests should bring their own. Please note that the energy is not included in the rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure. Baby cots or chairs can be rent on-site.
