This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that after-hours key collection will be charged at AUD 27.50 per stay. Please note that the 2% credit card charge is non-refundable. Please note that this property requires a refundable AUD 200 bond upon check in to cover any incidental charges. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can rent them at the property. Please note that this property will not be serviced for the duration of your stay. Guests are to bring their own toiletries and toilet paper.
