Know Before You Go

• This property offers transfers from the cruise terminal, ferry terminal, airport, and train station (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details 24 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Pool access available from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM.
• Up to 2 children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
• No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.
• A car is required for transportation to and from this property.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Airport shuttle fee: VND 500000 per vehicle (one-way, maximum occupancy 4)
• Airport shuttle fee per child: VND 0
• Rollaway bed fee: VND 690000 per day

The above list may not be comprehensive. Fees and deposits may not include tax and are subject to change.

For deposit there are 3 options:

1. Deposit by cash (VND or USD).

The money will be refunded if during the stay guests do not use any of the hotel's services on the day of check-out.

In case guests use the hotel's services, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting all costs incurred during the stay.

2. Deposit by bank transfer: the deposit will be fully refunded within 48 hours of check-out if during the stay guests do not use any of the hotel's services.

In case guests use the hotel's services, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting all costs incurred during the stay.

3. Deposit by credit card.

The hotel will return the deposit on the day guests check out if there are no charges during the stay. However, according to interbank practice, it will take a while for the refunded deposit to arrive ti guest's account, and depending on the bank, that time will range from 15 to 45 days.
