This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property has no reception. Guests are requested to call the night before arrival to gain access to the different properties. The Two-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View is accessible via stairs only. The Two-Bedroom Apartment with balcony is located on the first floor with no lift access. The Deluxe Three-Bedroom Cottage and Four-Bedroom House have stairs inside the property leading to bedrooms. Therefore Wheel Water Collections may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairments. N/B: Only 1pet is allowed at 20GBP per night and should be (fully house trained).
