Due to government regulations aimed at reducing waste, starting from January 1, 2025, hotels in Taiwan will restrict the use of disposable toiletries (such as shower cap, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, etc.). Guests are encouraged to bring their own items.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Kite Hostel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. The property accept payment through Paypal, Alipay, bank transfer and cash. The front desk opens from 09:00 to 21:00. Please only arrive at the service hour. Check-in after 24:00 is not possible. For those who need to late check-in are required to inform the property before 19:00.
