There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email with instructions for check-in and damage deposit payment 7 days prior to check-in. The damage deposit of EUR 300 is payable by credit card via a secure link and due within 24 hours of receiving the email. Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A tax is imposed by the local government and will be collected at the property. The tax is reduced by 50% after the 8th night of stay and children under 16 years of age are exempt. • A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 2.20 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
