Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 00:00 carries a EUR 30 surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 carries a EUR 50 surcharge. Please note for stays longer than 28 nights, a 130€ /month of electricity will be charged. Please note that in case of key loss charges will apply. Please note that is it not permitted to hold parties or cause disturbance to other guests. Please note that visitors are not allowed in this property.
