This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For stays longer than 30 days, the price does not include:1) Utilities with the payment according to the consumption to be paid at check out ;2)Registration tax: ( 2% of the total amount );3)Contract registration fee: 50EUR; 4)Cost of a temporary tax code ( only for foreign customers) : 30 EUR;
