Please note that the property offers an optional Medical Insurance, that guarantees medical assistance during guest's stay. It costs BRL 20 per person per day, and may be contracted at the reception upon check-in. The property will pre-authorize the card with the value of the no show cancellation fee. Please note that the room service is available from 11:00am to 11:00pm. Please note that guests are required to present the credit card used for the reservation upon check in, along with a valid photo ID. In case a third party card is used, guests are required to present a notarised copy of the credit card bill, as well as a notarised copy of the credit card used for the reservation.
