From booking to answering my requests, everything seemed to me to be very correct, quick and timely. Arriving at the right time, there is the Reception on the first floor, you have to knock on the door to enter the Hostel, you have to check-in, the truth is that the gentleman and others who serve you with great respect and education, are doing their best to resolve questions and requests such as extending your stay and staying in your own room.

Stay of 10 nights, September 2023 Recommended

It's a budget hotel in the middle of nowhere, pretty comfortable beds, small but clean rooms. Inside the handheld heaters, you won't have any cold problems. Bathroom with only two bags of shampoo, so bring something from home.

Cheap but downtown, dated but functional, staff okay

We were greeted by two women whose attention to the guests was greatly improved, they did not clarify and they did not explain anything to us but we told them where the breakfast is and we did not give the ticket. Breakfast is in a bar next door, they give you a ticket of 5€ per person to spend there. With the prices of the cafeteria you can't get much, but it is of good quality. The hostel is outdated, with a very horrible color, the ground floor is bitter, the bathroom is well-ventilated. Yes, the level of cleanliness and air conditioning is very good. I recommend locating a night in the hotel if you don't want to stay for a very long time.

If you're looking for a simple place, in the city center, with nothing luxurious, and most importantly clean, this is your place.The rooms are fine, with their air conditioning and full bathroom, the only thing is that the furniture is still very old, especially the closet and all the other rooms need to change the furniture for something more modern and the bed covering, which is in black, I think a more cheerful color, would be much better.

A pleasant stay in the center of Zaragoza.

If what you're looking for is to be in the city center, you're lucky but cutre, it can't be more. Rancio y viejo, you've been crying for years who wouldn't mind a face wash (with soap).

A very well located hotel, although it is old, is worth spending one or two nights because it is so close to all the important things in Zaragoza.In my case, reserve two rooms la (111 and 112)...la 111 fatal oil to tobacco and the bed sounds too loud, we informed the receptionist that please put a solution with the bed that would be impossible to sleep with that noise, since the result was as if we were talking to the wall, because no one worries about putting a solution and the night was spent with music del somier....Finally!!!In exchange, room 112 was my room, a super comfortable and clean bed.Needs a good hotel renovation..If I come back for Zaragoza to book the room 112 and if it can be served, room 112......

The main advantage of this hotel is that it is very well located in the city centre with a friendly reception. Some rooms are modest but well equipped and convenient.

It's a very simple and very central hotel, very clean for a night out and very friendly staff. You can bring your pet without a supplement.

Visto y no visto is the name of the game.

I didn't specify the problem that I have because no one cares.The hotel has a wedding bed and echoes are offered at booking.com When the receptionist saw us enter my and my couple's room the first thing she told us why we asked for a wedding bed if we didn't carry crutches or wheelchairs, that it was bad for us to have essential wedding lives, that we were a couple, and that like all couples, we were there on Saturday for folluman.. (excuse the expression).
