Pretty dirty everything, yellow pillows of sweat and moisture, mantas with animal hair, bathroom leaks, extra beds and sofa beds rotten, impossible to park in the area, wifi not working, fatal.

It's in a quiet area and not far from the center, about a 20-minute walk away.The price is very good but the cleaning leaves much to be desired, both the sofa and the mats were dirty.The beds were also not comfortable.

We arrived at 5:00 p.m. and it was uncleaned. The photos must be from several years ago. Since then the deterioration has been progressive. After cleaning it was dirty... Fleeces and hair of the previous tenants. They don't have a garage, although they offer it. The area is very degraded and there is no public parking nearby. But the worst difference was the heat we passed through. It was an attic with black blinds, where the sun was full and there was NO air conditioning. We had booked 3 days. We only lasted 2 minutes.

It's a horror!

We were four people in the apartment. Clearly the photos will never match the reality one hundred percent. From my point of view and if I'm not mistaken, the apartment also has a six-person capacity (wedding bed, beds, sofa bed and a folding bed). But adjusting to reality... * The wedding bed was rubbery and was quite deformed. * The letter (from Ikea along with the rest of the apartment furniture) was somewhat chaotic. If you moved it was like an earthquake for the companion who was hygienic or clean. * The sofa bed had a six-person capacity (wedding bed, beds, sofa beds, and a folding bed). * The folding bed fell and was quite unstable. As far as the armor was concerned, it was well made up with blankets and sheets, plus the collars. The exit was somewhat unnecessary. The exit was so unnecessary that the keys were so cold that it was necessary to escape from the bathroom.

Don't expect anything more than what you see.

Two-bedroom apartment, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Ikea furniture, acceptable cleaning, WiFi, good care. We stayed two nights, this apartment has no reception, you stay with a person, who previously calls and informs you of the time of your arrival and awaits you at the portal.

The quality corresponds to the price.

The hotel is in good place. Easy to reach from airport. Friendly reception. Only problem was a lady serving breakfast. She does not like children I think.
Breakfast did not have enough option for vegeterains. It would be to have feta cheese.

Good location near central area and just over a subway station and a small supermarket, clean and quiet rooms, good breakfast even if not so varied, free parking on the street during nights and weekends

Good and quiet location near the city center

Equipped with a plan of the city we found the building very easily. Once on site as indicated in the description there was no shelter and the door was closed so we called. A lady (in Spanish) informed us that the guard would be here 20 minutes! We waited 3 hours in overwhelming heat with our two children! Once the guard finally arrived the surprise was good. The apartment on the top floor was large and clean. The equipment was enough for the 3 days we spent. We had taken the parking lot at 10 e which is located in the basement and the terrace. The neighborhood is quiet, there is a small supermarket just down the street and a little higher up the bar in the pedestrian street so he changed a restaurant or we didn't look very good to eat. I recommend this apartment to our guests, but it's not a good one.

I recommend this apartment but with another guard

we booked an overnight stay as we driving from Madrid. The problem was finding this place, the address provided is under the old street name, the satnav took us there, but as the street sign has the new name we didn't know it was there, locals didn't know the street either. Phoned the guy, who told us we had to pay 30 euros for the late chick in, which was in the T&C of the booking, When he came down to get us we realised he was a bit drunk, told us it was no parking available (would had been nice if they had emailed to let us know) but he promised to come back to take us to a parking lot, that never happened. The flat itself was nice and centrally located. No English is spoken (which was not a problem for us but be prepared).
