From the ground up, this boarding house has two floors: one with the owners and the other with the guest rooms, so it's a mix of airbnb and hostel.The cleaning in the room where I was left with a lot to be desired, there was a lot of crap on top of the closet (which is downstairs and there's the food bag).I also found some hairballs on the floor.All this accompanied by what is very old, and not invested in repairing it.Moreover, if you touch where they live and near the doors, you'll suffer the bell and the room that serves as a receptionist.

The rules are simple.

I knocked on the door and a man in a half-breasted shirt opened up to me and a freshly lifted face and a certain rancid smell came out of the house.

The guesthouse is a house with several rooms and shared bathroom.The clean bathroom, the clean living room, has a wash inside.The signs with rules to respect everyone's rest and making it clear that smoking is not allowed.It has the bus stop 22 a few meters away, walking the cafeteria is 10 minutes and the center is about 20.

Clean and good price.

Considering what it is, and the price it costs: it's not bad. Recommended only for going to sleep. Small but clean room, with towel and soap included. Friendly and serviced property from 07:00 to 24:00. Old look, thin walls and rooms that give a courtyard of interior lights that gives very little intimacy. Old shared bathroom, hot water works perfectly. The surrounding area is great for business, there's a bit of everything, including a Mercadona. That said, for the price it has what they offer isn't so bad even if I wouldn't repeat it.

It's close to the city centre and the train station, next to a huge supermarket, and by surprise, my room had a TV and a sink that was very useful. The host is friendly, he doesn't speak very well English, but he has assistants who help him translate.

A comfortable little boarding house.

The hostel occupies several floors of an old building. It's not renovated and everything looks really old. The bathroom is shared between three rooms. We didn't shower because we were afraid of getting infected with mushrooms or something worse (not a joke). Luckily we only stayed one night. I know very badly because the hospitality we were offered when we arrived was very good, but I have to give a bad score for the cleanliness and for the whole old and careless look of the room.

Good attention, everything else is bad.

The first thing to say about their understanding and good faith towards me for a mistake I made in the reservation was absolutely 10, the owners are very friendly and attentive people, the room and bathroom are very clean.Situated right between the station and the city center, of course, if you ask me, I will return.

It is a little and cheap hostel. The negative point is that it's quite far from the city centre (about 20-25 minutes walking). Nice and clean rooms and toilets. It is a good solution for low cost trips.

Little and cheap hostel

Better to sleep in the car: awful room, small, noisy, uncomfortable, one bathroom for five rooms with screwed walls, a narrow bed leaning against the wall, poor cleaning, poor view, awful reception.

Small & dirty

We stayed for three nights and had a pretty good stay. Security is good, since you need about three keys to get through the front door, through the hostel door and through to your room. The room itself was a good size for two people, had a sink, a small t.v, and a xomfy double bed. The shared bathroom was fine, hot shower, fairly clean. Overall, nothing to write home about, but a good, well priced place to put yourself up for a few days.
