We stayed for two nights, the room is no longer just for the good taste in decoration and details, highlighting the cleanliness and attention received, thank you very much, we will return safely!

I wouldn't return to this hostel even if they gave me the night there. Incredible was the treatment we were given when we got there and asked for an explanation as to why our room (with views of the Basilica), had an interior courtyard just as beautiful to see, well. All the rooms overlooking the square had been given that day. That was the answer. With no intention of repairing their mistake, when we asked at least that they would not charge us the same for a room in a courtyard as for one in the basilica, especially when the error was theirs, they called me, at least, without embarrassment and told me that if we wanted to we could, that at any price we would not go to find anything.

I will never be back again.

Located in the same square, a whole, newly renovated terrace, digital access to all the doors, city hall parking at 20 meters, online check-in, fluid communication via whatsapp, as my schedule doesn't coincide with anyone else at the hotel, air-conditioned room, bathroom with shower, to return without a doubt.

Good quality/price ratio!

Everything is perfect... The super beautiful room in the Plaza del Pilar and super serviced staff.... Perfect location, everything that a 4* hotel offers, with entrance codes instead of keys and parking next door 100% recommended,......................

Calor in Zaragoza

The service is excellent; the girls at the reception are trying to please us and the Hostel is in the main tourist spot of the city. What I didn't like was the size of the room. We stayed at 110. It barely gives a bed, as a couple, it has no place to support the bags, it has no hooks in the bathroom to hang a bath towel or a piece of clothing. It has no table or chair to support anything. It has a bed and two benches, one on each side of the bed, like headboards. It is very small and therefore very uncomfortable. It has a cool air. The bathroom is good, excellent shower, it has towels, bathroom and a minimum soap. The location is high. I have never been so clean in this place, the rest of it has not been compensated. I don't even have a bathroom in the hotel, although the kitchen does not have a lot of equipment, but it does have a good bathroom, a bathroom and a bathroom.

Even though the room is so small, the privileged location makes up for everything else.

The accommodation is very central, right next to the Plaza del Pilar. The parking lot is also right next door. The room was small and pretty. Silvia is very friendly and gave us tips on visits and food. We would book it again. Something negative was: the drinks were on the wall of our room. It was very loud late at night when you were already asleep. You can also hear the code input sounds from all the doors.

Super price performance

The hotel has a privileged location, in the same Piazza del Pilar, the rooms are very nice, they are very well decorated, very clean, excellent towels and saunas, the perfect bathroom, little room for clothes, I recommend not to take rooms in front of the plaza, they are very noisy, the price ratio is very good.

El Hostel Plaza has been the best choice! comfortable, clean room with modern furniture. The building has an elevator and everything impeccable. It is in the middle of the Plaza de la Basílica, its location cannot be better! The owner is super friendly! When I return to Zaragoza I will return to this hostel. Thank you very much for your attention!

This is stupid!

Arrival very well explained and hyper simple, very comfortable room, spotless bed, very clean and hyper well located.

HOSTAL charming, nothing to envy from others, on the contrary, situation of 10,Housing of 10, furniture decoration of 10, reception of 10,other positive point, excellent soundproofing, concert music at carnival and no noise: why this score?
