Beautiful and well-equipped apartments, in a privileged area of Asturias. We spent two nights in a two-bedroom apartment, a bathroom and living room with a well-equipped American kitchen. A private terrace and a very large and stunning common garden, with barbecue included.

Excellent rural apartments.

We spent a week in July 2020 in a two-bedroom apartment with a porch on a prairie overlooking the mountains of Asturias and the Cantabrian sea.The location was certainly perfect.Very quiet and cozy.Everything clean and tidy, and with everything you need to spend a week.No, I put the maximum note on it because the dock mattresses are already going to be changing.

Recommended and quiet.

The apartments aren't bad, but every time you ask them for something, they look at you as if they're forgiving your life.

They offer little for what it's worth.

We stayed in this accommodation for six days with the whole family.Firstly we were assigned the rooms and one of them was separated from the rest.We were told that it was very quiet and quiet.Because there was nothing quiet.The occupants could not sleep during the whole stay with constant noise like a motor.We told the person in charge, but the case was omitted.The problem was not solved.From my point of view, they would tend to have more permanence since there is no one until about 11 a.m. or less.The site is actually very pretty, next to the beach and Ribadesella.But I think there are elements that would tend to heal.

I was hoping for much more.

It's a perfect place to get green in the summer so you can keep it as long as you need until the heat from the rest of Spain is gone.

A beautiful panoramic view of the city.

Ideal location. 10 minutes from Ribadesella. Impressive views of the surroundings. The apartments are fine, although the cleanliness is questionable. A large number of mosquitoes, flies, spiders... I don't understand why they haven't installed mosquiteras.

It has some limitations (poor Wi-Fi connection) but it's worth it. Its surroundings are magnificent and ideal for strolling. Behind it is a spacious garden with children's playgrounds. In addition, there are several restaurants in the surroundings.

A place with charm.

Staff : 
While most of the hotels were closed and our booking  abandoned by tiu xico ,pico de terenes of Helena came to rescue . She was kind  enough to respond to my missed call and accommodate us. She can communicate in English pretty well .checkin ,check out and extension was handled properly .Helena also helped us with info on local tours

Perfect is an understatement .
One side you see the mountains and on the other hand the ocean and in between beautiful greens 
The sunrises and sunsets are ecstatic. Watch added pics from my phone camera .
You can drive up to the property easily . There is ample parking ! It is away from  the main action yet not disconnected completely 
The room : 
Very comfy bed .heating , kitchen is well equipped , bathrooms are clean and practical , living room has a TV and enough area to lounge with a sit out connected. . Opening to the back yard where there are play area for kids and barbecue facility and benches to dine out on .
The tariff : very reasonable 
Overall this is a perfect spot to drive in, relax, cook ,picnic in your own backyard and then even drive out to dine out or party as ribadesella is just 3 km away . 
Perfect 10 spot !

Heaven on earth 

I would give this place 5 stars. Its view is breath taking. The apartments are not very stylish but make for most comfortable stay with all amenities available. The kitchen is very well equipped as one would love cooking here. There is parking and its very peaceful and picturesque around. We were duped by booking.com when we booked a nearby place tui xico and were stranded upon our arrival however the next day the lady who manages picos saved us and gave us a booking and eventually it all worked out for best. If you have kids they have a beautiful Small set up of swings and wooden benches to enjoy a meal while taking in the view.

Absoluty worth it

Apartments are very well maintained in detail, comfortable, clean and suitable for those going on holiday with children given the presence of a large garden with games. The owners and staff are very available for any need. The area is very beautiful, quiet and very close to the beach of Ribadisella.
