On Sunday the 30th we went to do the Veleta and decided to catch the bus because of a back injury that has for a moment held me back on my walks. Overall, pressures and nerves put us at 5 minutes to get off the bus and with some tremendous mear in my case. I entered the bar of delalgue and asked if I could pass. The cameraman is of delalgue and I can only go quietly. But I prefer the education you know. But your hostess's face says to me you can only go if you want that leaves me at that moment to break the borders of the resort where you like to go.

Absolutely magnificent. Incredible views, very nice and serviced staff, a magnificent kitchen quality/price. Cozy and very clean rooms. Very nice facilities. If you have time (something you shouldn't miss in Sierra Nevada) I recommend a good conversation with Paco, who has been in charge of the Refuge for over 20 years, an authentic encyclopedia of mountaineering history.

A TERRENAL paradise in the mountains of Sierra Nevada.

Yesterday we were 13 people, adults and children. we knew we had to wait because there were so many people but the result of the wait was unfortunate. after waiting for more than 1.30 minutes they tell us that our order has not arrived in the kitchen, the waiters arguing in front of the customers, no one took responsibility or apologized. we asked several times because we heard at the nearby tables that there was no food and we were told that our food was on the way. in total more than 2.30 minutes and we got up without eating.

It is lamentable.

The monitors, the staff of the hostel, the dining room... super good food, congratulations to the cook!! When you arrive tired you want a home-cooked dinner. We all seemed very familiar. Very convenient transportation from the hostel to the meadow floor. They pick you up at the end of the skiing. Comfortable to go with children. Thank you!!

Skiing as a family

A few weeks ago, for work reasons, we were forced to try to cancel or postpone the booking, finally and without meeting our 72 hours to cancel, so we proceeded to postpone, since it is a route we would love to take... when I call to inform that instead of three, we will go two people... and still understanding that I am being charged for the third booking, I miss the lady saying that I called her a liar... and a lot of things she changed the tone for me in the call... this and the words she received, better not and that's what I'm doing.

The treatment of clients should not look like this...

We wanted to eat and drink something, but the woman who worked here, with short gray hair, treated us very badly. She doesn't have the normal compartment, but uncivilized and rude.

I don't know how they can say anything bad about the staff, they're great, friendly... For the kitchen a ten. The very rich food and the acceptable facilities. I hope to return, in fact I've discussed it with friends and they're looking forward to taking them.

Girls' days are coming up.

Really borders, we have not been taken care of, we have been put on the spot to ask the conditions of the mountain to go more safely. A deplorable deal, plus the prices are very expensive. I will never go back to this site. We do not recommend it at all.
