My boyfriend n I stayed in The Ondina in 1980 for 10 nts on an Intasun holiday which rivalled Club 18-30. . First thing we did was clean the room. Never ate anything but some guests loved the food. Pool wasn’t in use. Still holiday only cost £110

Known as heartbreak hotel.

I lived in the hotel in 1978 as a rep for Intasun...was definitely an 18-30 type hotel. Never forgotten Wendy :-)

It was so noisy and very basic, but at that time was perfect for young people. Sounds like nothing much has changed.

If you're looking for a hotel that's relatively cheap, and where you can sleep well and smoothly, you can look past here quietly. You shouldn't expect anything. Breakfast is delicious and nothing special. Like I said. If you just want to sleep well. It's right here. If you just expect a touch of service, you should book one or two more stars.

Just for sleeping okay

I was at this hotel a few summers ago with a friend. Considering the fact that we really paid a penny...we found ourselves fine! (That's why the 4 stars: with such low prices, you claim?) premise: not suitable if you want a relaxing holiday. If you want to enjoy the evenings in the clubs, if you're on holiday with friends, it's perfect. We booked a double room, and we found ourselves in a quadruple, so very spacious, and the bathroom was very big.

By far the worst hotel I've ever been to. The staff is completely unfriendly and steals guests. We've seen them search our pockets!!! The food is inexpensive, the lack of air conditioning makes staying in the room impossible.

Hell of a hole!

A room without air conditioning, only the fan; there was no TV; and we were lucky because we had the balcony; an acceptable bathroom, a room that was quite spacious; a remarkable noise until late at night; very drunk Germans and Frenchmen wandering around; the location is quite good; a buffet dinner, beware of meat, meals not included; hotel staff absent; high-speed Wi-Fi; acceptable price.

The room with bathroom and balcony was in the middle, beds apart... it was a week we will remember for the beautiful beaches.

Very noisy, ideal for groups of young partygoers but certainly not for a couple looking for a romantic vacation! Food suitable for the fare, there is for all tastes! The fat bemool is the water that is in addition and quite expensive! Otherwise for the rooms, no air conditioning while the summer heat would require one, especially leaving the windows open when the neighbors are so noisy and the communicating balconies are unthinkable! Furthermore, the water in the shower is not refreshing because cold water is non-existent... in short.... Don't think about going there to rest! However, I recommend excursions to the hostel and bicycles that are very cheap and cheap!

Oh, my God!

I have been there for 4 years now (but I have only recently started using tripadvisor) but I would like to contribute with an opinion on this matter. The hotel is convenient to reach the sea, cheap and full of kids/and therefore for young people we have a lot of fun. For evening fun there are so many rooms and few discos on the long sea of the arenal that is nearby.

Hotel for young boys who want to have fun

This hotel has the advantage of being in an area close to the movida of El Arenal, of being close to the bus stop and costing very little... For the rest: services without window or vacuum cleaner, with air intake facing the corridor (general). Room without air conditioner or ceiling fan. Linen with mold or stains. Unfortunately the first day we found under the pillows also hair and RICCI hairs!!!! boiled towels, with yellow keys (I let you imagine the nature of those stains)... Bad restaurant, the only thing to be bought was ice cream, the kitchen always offered the same pietanzas. Fortunately even in the vicinity of the hotel there were duplicate and fast food seats.
