Very careful with the Victoria apartments in Malaga, they ask for a deposit of 100€ and do not return it.

It's a care staff.

The photos do not match what you find. There are no sheets and the few that were, used. Used towels, walls full of moisture. Insects in the furniture. What was supposed to be an apartment with an outdoor patio turned out to be a sad inner patio with a very bad look. Constant noise in the upper floors. There is no elevator and the atmosphere of the block is of conflicting people. Impossible to rest. IMPORTANT: no reception, no contact phone. The bail they demand illegally at first will not be returned.

Dirty, no reception.

There's a lot of humidity, it's pretty dirty, so the money for cleaning doesn't know where it's going to end up. The appliances are outdated and dirty, the bathroom is greasy.

Worse than I expected.

The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a condominium in a street very close to the city center. It has an elevator, shower box, induction floor, air conditioner and underwear in the right amount. The space is really small, unfortunately, and there are no conditions for sitting at a table. Some headlights were lit. As a support point it is exceptional. The price is not bad either!

Small but central

We booked two months in advance of three apartments.When we arrived, the landlord told us that he only had two and that we had to sleep on the couch.The apartments were full of cockroaches!!!Great!!Everywhere, the bed, the couch, La Cocina...it was impossible to sleep there!!Obviously we went and had to look for my 12 friends and me at a hotel in good condition.We didn't locate it on the phone until the next day and away from apologizing he told us there were some accounts!!!That is, he had knowledge and nothing, incredible and terrible attention received.I wrote this so that this wouldn't happen to anyone!

Nothing is recommended.

We were there a year ago.When booking by Booking I was not informed that there were other apartments that are nearby but not in the same Victoria Street.In their favor you have their large apartments and a 15 minute walk from the tourist area and a 30 minute walk from the beach.On the contrary we had ants in the apartment and there was no elevator.They lacked kitchen utensils and some other details.I think they can improve many things and better inform the city.It depends on the level of demand.

To spend the night and be little.

We had booked 2 apartments from almost 3 months earlier.The night before he called me Booking (from where I made the booking) and told me that the owner had had problems with the 2 apartments (what a coincidence!) and they were not available and that he himself was going to offer us other apartments he owned....because we are still waiting!I was not even called to contact (what they said a booking would do) and our seas with the supposed alternative until the booking was canceled and our bus to another hotel, but when no one had spent much time and the anxiety of the trip did not leave it.The next morning to leave me the owner asked me a whatsapp and we all face to face when we arrived!!!!

Small two-day living room but very nice apartment, and for eight people, from the outside you have absolutely no idea what their interior is like, refurbished and comfortable rooms.

That's very nice.

Apart from the lack of an elevator (which is a real tragedy for the attic on the top floor, the apartments are comfortable and large. In winter, however, it would be advisable to heat them up before the arrival of the guests, we found them a bit damp. The beds are not excellent but the bathrooms are very clean and well renovated.
