I've been texting for days and nothing, but now he calls and tells me that the phone is not the right one.If it was closed last year because of the pandemic, I need to know if it opened or will open, or will remain closed to look for another accommodation.

QUESTION: Do you know if it's open?

I think it's impossible to be in a better location, so you can imagine, if I open the window of the room I see the sign of Uncle Pepe and smell the pizzas of the Papizza that makes the corner in C/Carretas.

 Perfect location.

Very good location a few meters from the Puerta del Sol. Comfortable and clean rooms. The staff, especially Montse, is available with kindness and service vocation. It has a TV and air conditioning. The elevator is narrow and somewhat slow, but it works.

Good experience

It was a real pleasure to be in one of the most central hostels, and that is that two steps away, we found the Puerta del Sol. Not only that, but the reception there was great, considering that we arrived late at night. The cleanliness of the room is excellent as well as a very good treatment by all the components.

It was a brilliant stay.

I often go to this very well-located hostel, the treatment is familiar, the cleanliness tremendous, the pleasant beds and everything else to spend a pleasant stay, and I want to thank Montse for her kindness, and I recommend them 200%.

The hotel is located half a block from the door of the sun.The room is located on the street, so the view is very nice and we do not feel any noise than the glass is double.The room has ademas, air conditioning and a comfortable bed.The hotel is very nice and should highlight the attention of Monserrat, who received us very kindly, we indicated places to go, always with a smile.The hotel's location allowed us to return for the best part of the day without having to go out with everything planned to spend the whole day outside.

 Excellent attention.

The area is the best. It is in the same Puerta del Sol. The price is according to the room, the building is old but the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The only thing that the walls are fine and you can hear a little bit about everything but I would repeat for the area and the kindness of the reception, which is open 24 hours. A suggestion! They should check whoever gives the key (by name or ID) so as not to give other people another room that is not theirs.

A very good option to stay in Madrid.

I asked to stay on the street side. The city never sleeps. The room darkening shades also were noise reduction which were great. Very friendly staff & clean room.  Walking distance to everything. Private room with private small bathroom with shower/tub. 

Central location

The staff is very nice, I would highlight their kindness and sympathy, daily cleaning, a very comfortable bed and a pretty good sleep.

 Recomendable

I have been going to this same hostel for many years now and as always I feel at home thanks to the good care received by the staff of the hostel with Montse at the head.
